CONSULTATION
Sleep and Fatigue Concerns
Even if you are concerned about your autonomic nervous system, we do not assume it is the cause. We ask about sleep, work, meals, activity levels, tension and your body's responses to assess your current condition from several perspectives.
Are any of these concerns affecting you?
- It takes a long time to fall asleep
- You wake during the night or early in the morning
- You do not feel rested after sleeping
- You still feel tired after resting
- Ongoing tension makes it difficult to relax
OUR VIEW
How we assess your body
Rather than drawing conclusions from the term "autonomic nervous system," we assess your sleep history, daily life and physical condition.
- Falling asleep, waking at night or early in the morning, and how you feel on waking: We review your sleep pattern and its effects during the day.
- Daily rhythms such as work, meals and activity: We consider their relationship with sleep and fatigue.
- Breathing, posture and tension in the neck, shoulders and back: These help us consider whether you are finding it difficult to relax physically.
- Medications and medical consultations: We check whether necessary medical treatment should be prioritized or continued.
When medical care should come first
If difficulty sleeping or severe fatigue is significantly affecting your life, or you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, loss of consciousness or thoughts of harming yourself, please prioritize medical care or an official support service.
