About Treatments

Can I consult you even if I do not know the name of my symptoms?

Yes. A symptom name is a starting point for understanding your body. As needed, we ask about how the concern has developed, your daily routines and body movement.

Can you identify the cause?

We do not assume a single cause from the outset. We assess your physical condition and daily circumstances to consider which factors may be involved.

How do you choose between acupuncture and manual therapy?

We do not decide from a symptom name alone. We assess your condition, preferences and responses during the session, with acupuncture and moxibustion at the core and manual therapy added as needed.

Is it okay if I feel uneasy about acupuncture?

Acupuncture and moxibustion are central to our care, but we will not insist on them if you feel very anxious or afraid. We assess your preferences and condition and consider other methods, such as manual therapy, when needed.

What does manual therapy involve?

We use hands-on muscle techniques, check joint movement and incorporate stretching as needed. Instead of following the same routine for everyone, we assess your condition and select what is needed.

Do you assess the body from an East Asian or Western medicine perspective?

We do not rely on just one. Along with the body's movement and structure and your history of tests and diagnoses, we assess your overall condition and responses from several perspectives.

Can the treatment method change according to my body's responses?

Yes. We check skin and muscle responses to acupuncture and change the intensity or method if necessary. These responses help us consider whether our initial working view and methods are appropriate.

Alongside Medical Care

When should medical care take priority?

If a medical diagnosis, tests or treatment appear necessary, medical care takes priority over acupuncture, moxibustion or manual therapy. In an emergency, call 119 without waiting for a reply from our clinic.

Can I visit while also receiving treatment at a hospital?

Yes, after we review your condition and medical treatment. On the basis of the diagnosis and treatment provided by your medical institution, we consider care for physical concerns within our scope.

Can I consult you if a hospital found no abnormalities but I still feel unwell?

Yes, if discomfort remains. We do not make medical diagnoses, and prioritize any necessary diagnosis or tests at a medical institution.

Can I consult you if I have a diagnosed mental health condition?

Yes, you may consult us. Diagnosing and treating mental illness is the role of medical institutions. On the basis that you continue necessary treatment and medical visits, we consider care for physical concerns within our scope.

Might you decide not to provide treatment after a consultation?

Yes. We may decline to provide or recommend continuing care if medical attention should come first, or if your wishes differ substantially from our approach.

Visits and Prices

How many visits will I need, and how often?

We make individual suggestions based on your condition and progress. We do not set a fixed number or frequency of visits, and we do not sell prepaid visit packages. After we explain our suggested plan, you decide whether to continue visiting.

Can I use health insurance?

We currently offer only self-pay treatment, so health insurance cannot be used. All prices on this website are self-pay fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit cards and QR-code payments such as PayPay.

First-Time Visitors

It is my first visit. Which option should I choose?

For first-time visitors, we suggest the 60-minute Standard Care session. Please allow about 30 extra minutes for conversation and assessment. There is no additional charge.

How do I book via LINE?

Send your name, preferred date and time, and current concerns or symptoms. Your appointment is confirmed after we reply and confirm the date and time with you.

Can I bring my child?

We have private rooms that can accommodate a stroller. Please let us know when booking that you will be bringing your child so we can guide you smoothly.
